How do I know your cleaners are trustworthy?

All of our cleaning team members are background-checked and carefully vetted. Your trust and safety are of extreme importance to us. You can rest easy.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life happens. Please reach out to info@pnjcleaners.com or call us at 778-720-2224 if anything arises and you need to reschedule or cancel. Note that we require at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellation. There will be a charge of 50% of the booking amount for any cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice.

Can I set up recurring cleans?

Absolutely! After your first cleaning, you can get cleanings daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly - whatever works best for you. We also offer discounts under our Recurring Plan.

What happens if I see things that were not properly cleaned?

Please email us pictures at info@pnjcleaners.com, and we will look into it. We value our customers highly and will do our best to make things right! We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.

How long will my cleaning take?

Every space is different, but we do our best to estimate the time based on the information you give us. At least 45 minutes prior to the completion of the work, if we believe more time is needed to complete the job to a high standard, we will ask your permission to extend.

Do I need to sign a contract?

For residential cleaning, contracts aren't needed. Our exceptional cleaning and service quality will keep you coming back for more! We believe in earning your business with every visit.

Do I have to be home when my cleaning occurs?

You do not need to be home. Many of our busy customers provide us with a key or door code. If you prefer to be home, that's fine too! Just let us know the best way to access your home.

What should I do with my pets?

We love pets! If your pet is friendly, they can stay with you while we clean. If not, we recommend crating them, keeping them in a specific room, or taking them out during the service.

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes! We specialize in move-in/move-out cleaning for condos and houses. We ensure every unit meets inspection standards for new tenants or owners, and can help maximize damage deposit returns.

How much will it cost to clean my space?

We typically have service agreements for recurring commercial cleaning to ensure clear expectations and consistent service levels. However, we offer flexible terms to meet your business needs.

How do you handle building access?

We coordinate directly with building management and security for access. Our staff are bonded and insured, and we can manage keys or access cards securely according to your company's protocols.

Yes, in addition to regular janitorial services, we provide deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care (strip and wax), and post-construction cleaning for commercial properties.
